Shipping & Returns
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground; the shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless you want to use your own carrier account number. You should receive your products within 2-5 days from shipment. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, and ALL international orders require a carrier account number.
Expedited Shipping
We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items; the shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless you want to use your own carrier account number. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, and ALL international orders require a carrier account number.
International Shipping
In general, as an Authorized Reseller, Amdex is restricted from selling products outside the US. However there are certain exceptions, but these require that funds be received prior to shipping, and you must provide a freight carrier account #, so that Amdex can bill the freight, taxes and import duties to that account. We only accept Paypal for these transactions.
Return Privileges
We allow returns based on the policies of the manufacturer. You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; however, the shipping charges will not be refunded. Certain items have return restrictions. For additional information, see our full Product Return Policy.
| Hardware Note: |
Hardware must be returned in new or unopened condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If the equipment has been opened you may NOT return it, warranty issues must be handled with the manufacturer through their warranty program.

If software was distributed electronically, it is not returnable once the licenses have been provided or downloaded.

Warranties
Customer understands that Seller is not the manufacturer of the Products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Seller or its Affiliates.
