Purchase anything from Amdex and receive free recycling of your old equipment - regardless of manufacturer.

NOTE: CRT Monitors, UPS/Battery Back Up units or anything over 100 lbs can NOT be returned under this program.

Here's how the program works:

1. When you purchase from us, our free recycling program lets you return ANY electronics product, regardless of manufacturer or age, which fits in the the box we send your new equipment in.
2. Choose the "Amdex Recycling Program" option during the checkout process.
3. After your equipment ships, Amdex will send you an email with instructions on how to recycle your old computer.
4. Print the email - you'll need it later.
5. Package your old computer and monitor securely in the box we send your new equipment in, for ground transportation
6. Take the packages and a printed copy of your Amdex recycling email the shipping location.

Purchases must be made within the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia. Purchases made in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible. Free recycling offer does not include costs of packing materials, which must be supplied by the customer.

The Amdex Recycling Program is offered to all customers.

Amdex will accept for recycling computers, and peripherals - such as printers, mice, keyboards, scanners, and so on - from any manufacturer, except products contaminated or suspected of being contaminated with chemicals, biological agents, or other substances that are not integral to the original new equipment or otherwise associated with normal office or household environments. Amdex will not accept hazardous waste. Amdex will not accept batteries that are not an integral part of the system being recycled, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, CRTs that have been removed from their cases, or CRTs that are cracked or broken.
