Most rentals require the return of the hardware and the exact serial numbers in the condition it was shipped. We know that once you move your data center, you obviously can't return the replicated equipment. Therefore we allow a 'serial number' swap.

Our equipment is custom-configured to meet your specific needs, tested by our technicians and eligible for manufacturer's maintenance. And you'll receive the same warranty as if you were to purchase the equipment. We'll work out a time-line with you to install the new equipment, copy the data over, and run parallel for a period of time to ensure everything is as it should be. When you are finished, we allow a return of the hardware from the first data center, and you keep the new hardware up and running.

We provide rentals from as little as one month to as many as twelve months. Such rentals allow you to limit the guesswork related to your out of pocket expenses. While it is true that you could buy the equipment and take your chances on what it may be worth to sell when you are done, a rental moves that risk to Amdex and allows you to budget accurately and consistently.

It is a simple and efficient process. All you need to do is provide us with a list of equipment you require, fill out a credit application, and let us know how long you need it. Our rates are always competitive... remember, rental prices decrease if the equipment can be re-rented or sold for more, and our staff is second to none at remarketing the equipment in our rental pool. Best of all, you can expense 100% of the cost over the term of the rental.
