Introduction
This Policy describes uses of Amdex, Inc services that are prohibited. Amdex may in its sole discretion determine whether a specific action is a violation of this Policy.
This Policy applies to all customers of Amdex, and to all other users of Amdex Services. This Policy supplements, but does not supersede, the contracts that customers have with Amdex. If a contract restricts a use of an Amdex Service that is not addressed in this Policy, the contract will govern with respect to such use.
